FULLFILMENT:

  • Order Processing Time: Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of receiving the order. Processing times on our Inkredible subscription boxes may take up to 5 business days as our team carefully selects items to go in each box.

  • Special Request Items and Custom-Made Products: Certain items, such as special request items or custom-made products, may require additional shipping time. In such cases, please allow up extra time for these items to be shipped.

  • Pre-Orders: Any items available for pre-order will have the estimated delivery date listed in the product description.

  • Product Descriptions: We highly recommend reading the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase, especially for items with extended shipping times. Any information regarding extended shipping times or special requirements will be mentioned in the product description.

  • Drop Shipping: In the event of errors in our on-hand inventory or to expedite delivery, some items may be drop shipped directly from our US distributors. This means that these items will be shipped directly from the distributor's warehouse to your designated shipping address.

SHIPPING

U.S. Orders:

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $20, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For U.S. orders below $20, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied.

International Orders:

  • Shipping Rates: International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country.

  • Exclusions: Currently, we do not offer shipping to Russia and South Africa.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and other factors beyond our control. Customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS:

  • Returns can be initiated by clicking the link hereOnce the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
  • Return Period: Customers may initiate the return process via our returns portal, linked above, within 7 days of order delivery. Returned items must be shipped back to us within 5 business days of the return being accepted, otherwise the product is subject to a 20% restocking fee for the delay.
  • Refunds: A full refund will be issued for returned items that are in unopened and/or unused condition. Our team will inspect the product when it is received at our warehouse to determine the condition, if it has been damaged or used, and a reasonable restocking fee will be determined.
  • Condition of Return: To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, including all original boxes and packaging.
  • Restocking Fee: For returned items not scanned by a carrier within 5 business days of returns approval, or for used items or items missing their original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. In the event that the product is damaged or used and not able to be resold, our team reserves the right to issue a higher restocking fee, or deny a refund completely.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for return. 
  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
