I don't know why they call it Pink Cliff but I like it a lot. It's a business-forward teal that is very dark. I have it loaded in a few pens now and the flow is terrific through all the nib brands so far. I had a Pelikan M800 that was loaded with a Diamine and wrote dry with feedback. Truphae checked to make sure it wasn't the nib and then switched the ink to Lamy Pink Cliff, and voila! The pen wrote as smoothly as it should have. It was like the nib was suddenly lubricated. I always thought Lamy inks were a bit dry, but Cliff has proven me wrong.
Lamy Pink Cliff has become my new favorite darker blue ink. I've got it in 1.1, broad and medium nibs. Wet, easy to use, great color.
Interesting shade of blue/black. Slightly wet so it flows well yet behaves beautifully. Fairly deeply saturated for a Lamy 'standard' ink. Has more than a moderate amount of water resistance. Probably my favorite Lamy ink since the old iron gall blue/black was discontinued.
Purchased as a gift. It was well received. It is a interesting color, that goes well with the pen.
