Unbelievably happy with my black tool fountain pen. Truphae sent it in my monthly box and it is a very pleasant surprise! I have been eyeing them and settled for a cheap ballpoint from a really cheap site. This one has a fine nib and it wrote immediately upon inserting the cartridge. I usually use a converter but I just couldn't wait to try it out. It's my first Monteverde product since I only recently fell in love with fountain pens. It is a bit heavy but I like a heavy pen. I don't pocket them but carry them in my work bag so the weight really doesn't bother me. Will I use the tools? I imagine I will need to unscrew some battery compartments or tighten some student glasses at some point. I will definitely use the rulers and ink while I make cards and linocuts for fun. I like to carry a pen in my shirt pocket. There are very few pockets deep enough to hold this one without it sticking up significantly. Other than that, it feels great, writes decently, tools are useful, and is a good value for the price.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $20, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Standard Shipping Fee: For U.S. orders below $20, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied.
International Orders:
Shipping Rates: International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country.
Exclusions: Currently, we do not offer shipping to Russia and South Africa.
