The Pelikan M800 Blue o'Blue fountain pen is a Special Edition Pelikan launched as part of their Souverän series in August 2010. The pen's material is called Blue o'Blue referencing the fact that the intricate process gives the appearance of broad strokes of blue in different shades are put over one another on the pen's barrel and cap. The Blue o'Blue material is slightly translucent.
